About the Role

This internship gives you a real, hands-on introduction to how a financial services agency actually runs — with direct exposure to insurance sales from day one, alongside recruitment, admin, marketing, and event support. You'll work closely with our sales agents, learning firsthand how to prospect, pitch, and build client relationships — genuine insight into the insurance and financial planning industry, whether you're exploring a future in sales or just want practical experience before graduating.

Key Responsibilities

• Get hands-on exposure to insurance sales — shadowing and assisting agents during client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

• Support recruitment activities for our sales agents — from sourcing candidates to assisting with interviews and onboarding

• Help create marketing content and promotional materials to support agent recruitment and client outreach campaigns

• Assist with daily administrative tasks that keep the agency running

• Attend meetings, training sessions, and workshops alongside our sales team

• Assist in organizing company events and recruitment drives

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirement

• Final year students, college students, or recent graduates

• Curious about sales, client relations, or financial services — no experience needed

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a team environment and meeting new people

• Eager to learn and open to new experiences — just bring the right attitude
