Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities and secure M&E project and service contracts.

Identify and approach potential clients including building owners, property/facilities managers, main contractors, consultants and industrial customers.

Follow up on sales enquiries, leads and potential projects.

Conduct site visits to understand clients' M&E requirements and project scope.

Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions in coordination with the technical/project team.

Follow up and negotiate commercial terms with clients to secure projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Monitor market opportunities, upcoming projects and competitors.

Work closely with the project and operations teams to ensure proper handover after project award.

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline is advantageous.

At least 2 years of B2B sales/business development experience within the M&E, building services, facilities management, A&A or related industry.

Experience securing

M&E projects, installation, maintenance or service contracts

is strongly preferred.

Good understanding of M&E works such as ACMV, electrical and general building services.

Self-driven and comfortable with new business development and client acquisition.

Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
