Job responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) activities and programs.
- Conduct routine workplace safety inspections and report unsafe conditions.
- Monitor employee's compliance with PPE and safe work practices.
- Maintain EHS records, reports and documentation.
- Assist in environmental activities, including scheduled waste management.
- Support EHS training, safety inductions and safety awareness programs.
- Inspect emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers, first aid boxes and spill kits.
- Assist in emergency drills and emergency response activities.
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the EHS Engineer or Management.
Job requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, documentation and Microsoft Office skills.
- Willing to work in Bukit Minyak, Penang.
