Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and site workers
Coordinate with engineers, main contractor, subcontractors, and workers
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, schedule, and safety requirements
Manage manpower, tools, and materials on site
Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with WSH regulations
Work at height and oversee high-risk activities
Handle
day & night rotating shifts
and
overtime when required
Job Requirements
Minimum
5-8 years experience
in construction site supervision
Strong leadership and ability to manage workers firmly
Willing to work
long hours, overtime, weekends, and night shifts
