About the role

B & Data Technology Co Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organisation. You will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and achieving our strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or market segments

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of solutions to new clients

• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, pipeline development and market insights

• Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management within the technology or related industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and results-driven with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field

• Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred
