岗位职责
Responsibilities
Support Lecturer Deployment
Prepare and update the list of deployed lecturers (5 FT & 20 Adjunct lecturers)
Schedule classes and prepare timetables after checking lecturer availability
Prepare and send deployment for approval and arrange contract from HR
Register with EDP partner by sending necessary documents to Academic Directors
Update lecturer deployment tracker for TU
Prepare monthly hours report for FT lecturers
Provide the supporting document to register new lecturers with SSG via QAC
Timetable / Course Planning
Prepare an orientation email draft for ASM with the required attachments
Prepare a module student name list for ALL courses and share it with ASM
Prepare timetables for in-house and EDP programmes
Inform students of changes via Blackboard, email & WhatsApp
Update late-joiners on the timetable
Provide timetables to the marketing team as requested
Classroom allocations
Zoom / Swivl links
Student queries
Required Skills & Abilities
Creative and analytical
Detail-oriented and pro-active
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in groups and demonstrate leadership skills
Minimum Academic Qualifications & Work Experience
Diploma with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
