Duties/Responsibilities:

• Able to speak, write and speak mandarin.
• Leading project planning sessions.
• Coordinating staff and internal resources.
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Designing and signing off on contracts.
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review.
• Designing risk mitigation plan.
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
• Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.

Required Skills/Abilities:
. Superior people skills in managing key-accounts/stakeholders, including senior individuals.

. Process-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills, demonstrated capacity to manage multiple

tasks under deadline with minimum supervision.

. Strong sense of responsibility and confidence and able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment is

essential.

Education and Experience:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• At least 10 years relevant experience in PLC & Scada application, networking setup, instruments and

troubleshooting in hardware.

• Experience in Allen Bradley, Schneider, Siemens, Wonderware and Citect.
