Job description

• Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales activities, customer follow-up, and project coordination.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers, potential customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Promote and sell ELV, AV, and IT systems, as well as related products and solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations, sales orders, product information, and other sales documents.
• Proactively follow up on quotations, outstanding orders, payment status, delivery schedules, and pending matters.
• Coordinate with suppliers, the engineering team, purchasing team, and other internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, product delivery, installation arrangements, and after-sales service.
• Maintain and update customer records, quotation records, order status, and project progress.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, product submissions, and other project-related documentation.
• Attend customer meetings and conduct site visits when required.
• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or above is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, sales support, customer service, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Experience in ELV system, AV system and lT system, construction, or related industries is preferred.
• Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and detail-minded.
• Strong follow-up skills and able to handle tasks independently.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and good team spirit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English.
• Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience but a positive attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered.
