Company: Manufacturing, Oil & Gas industry
Location: Tuas
Salary: S$2800 - $3000
Transport pick-up provided
Job Scope
Plan and coordinate daily sawing schedules to support production requirements
Ensure timely closure of daily production work orders
Coordinate and monitor daily delivery schedules to meet operational needs
Assist the Shipping team in managing day-to-day logistics activities
Provide administrative and operational support to the Order Processing Manager
Provide support to the Director of Operations on assigned tasks
Handle general shipping documentation and administrative duties
Perform inventory-related processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
At least GCE N Level or equivalent qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
