• Supervise daily operations and ensure the departments run smoothly

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, well stocked and properly displayed

• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline

• Supervise and coordinate daily work assignments for staff

• Brief staff on daily tasks, promotions, and operational matters

• Train and coach new and existing employees

• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback

• Handle minor staff issues and escalate serious disciplinary matters to management
