Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated System Engineer to join our rapidly expanding technical division. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in the pre-sales and technical support phases of our IT storage projects. You will work closely with clients to design tailored storage architectures, demonstrate product capabilities, and resolve technical challenges.

You will be joining a strong, fast-growing team of enterprise storage and data protection specialists. Job Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: Analyze client requirements to design effective and scalable IT storage solutions.

• Technical Presentations & Demos: Deliver engaging presentations and live product demonstrations to showcase the value of proposed solutions to clients.

• Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead and execute PoC testing to validate solution capabilities and ensure they meet client expectations in real-world scenarios.

• BoM Generation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive Bill of Materials (BoM) for project pricing and procurement.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to storage systems, ensuring high system availability and customer satisfaction.

 Requirements & Qualifications

 Education & Experience

• Academic Background: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply. Having at least 1 year of hands-on experience with IT enterprise storage solutions (e.g., Hitachi/HDS, NetApp, Synology) will be considered a strong advantage.

• Technical Bonus: Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and data protection platforms (e.g., Veeam, Veritas, Cohesity) is a notable plus.
