Tashan Management Consulting is hiring Assembly Technicians for hands-on production roles at Tai Seng. You will perform precise assembly tasks in a cleanroom, support quality inspections, handle materials, and maintain accurate records to meet programme standards.


Responsibilities


Assemble components and support production tasks within a cleanroom environment to ensure product quality
Handle materials and replenish production lines to maintain continuous workflow
Support quality inspection processes by preparing and organising materials and products
Pack finished products according to programme specifications to ensure safe delivery
Maintain accurate records and documentation to comply with programme requirements
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
Communicate task queries and issues promptly to supervisors to resolve production challenges

Preferred competencies and qualifications


Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments to support precision work
Ability to perform structured, repetitive tasks with attention to detail and consistency
Punctuality, reliability, and strong process orientation to meet production schedules
Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain documentation integrity
