Job Summary

The Operations Executive supports the Operations / Assistant Operations Manager by managing daily banquet operations and administration to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Manage daily banquet operations to deliver seamless event execution and enhance guest satisfaction

Administer banquet processes to maintain operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety procedures

Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively

Adapt work schedule to accommodate irregular hours required by event demands

Proactively enhance guest experience by demonstrating commitment to service excellence

Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment

Lead and motivate banquet staff to achieve operational goals and uphold high service standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in banquet or catering operations preferred

Class 3 driving license

Ability to work on weekends and public holidays

Strong passion and commitment to service excellence

Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
