Systems Executive (Open to Fresh Grad)

Job Description

• To attend to all users’ fault reports on L3IVCS system;
• To liaise with all Telco and oversea telephone linesproviders for all telephone lines faults on L3IVCS system;
• To liaise with system contractor that lines to L3IVCSsystem,
• To log down all fault resolutions on L3IVCS logging files;
• To assist Air traffic controllers for all audio recording playback;
  
  

Qualifications

• Min Engineering Diploma in Electrical & Electronic /Mechatronics / Computing
• Knowledge of IVCS / VCS systems
• Familiarity with audio recording and playback systems
• Basic knowledge of IP networking, System fault isolation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with fault management and logging procedures
• Class 3 driving license
