全职 HR Executive Jobs, salary up to SGD 2,500 in VANGUARD INTERIORS PTE LTD - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of payroll processing
• Verify and process overtime claims, incentives and reimbursements
• Ensure timely and accurate processing payments, cpf submissions, IR8A, IR21 and Annual Performance Bonus/ Increment
• Submit government claims (NS/ maternity/ childcare leave) within stipulated time frame
• Track attendance/ lateness records and compute the necessary deductions
• Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding
• Administer HR Letters (i.e. Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion etc)
• Ensure proper maintenance of HRIS system and updating of employees’ particulars and information
• Ensure proper filing of personnel documents and data entry into the payroll system.
• Manage foreign employees’ work pass application, renewal and cancellation activities.
• Attend to queries on Payroll related matters
• Undertake Ad-hoc Hr and Payroll projects as and when assigned
• To plan, brainstorm and execute all company wide events
• Manage workplace and do up simple advertorial posters for announcements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
• Possess 1-2 years of related experience
• Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels
• Strong analytical problem solving and time management skills
• Experience in Infotech HR System and Google Suite would be advantageous
