Position: Kitchen Assistant

Location: Central, Singapore

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support our café kitchen team.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and instructions.
• Assist the Cook during service.
• Wash and clean kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
• Assist with receiving and organising kitchen supplies.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Minimise food wastage and support smooth daily kitchen operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic interest in food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage.
