Join our teams as an Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:.

• New business development/lost customer gain back/market share enlargement.
• Handling new inquiry
• Conduct product endorsement (certificate renewal/new application)
• Market intelligence/ call report preparation
• Market forecast (period: 6 months; target of accuraccy: >70%)
• New product development base on market needs /trend
• Sales data preparation and analysis
• Process Purchase Order (order acceptance), issue Performa Invoice in 5 working days and Sales Order Confirmation
• Liaising with planner/loading department for production arrangement, check cargo m3
• Follow up with customer on delivery request/order arrangement/shipment date
• Log in customer portal to update/upload order related info
• Sample preparation & courier
• Coordinate in artwork revision/packaging requirement; old/new packaging transmission arrangement
• LC checking
• Shipment buy off coordination
• Liaise with packing/store department on goods readiness
• Check forwarding/ocean freight/local charges, coordinate shipment/truck booking/custom related transaction
• Prepare shipping documents eg: invoice, packing list, COO and etc and email to customer
• Issue Debit Note/Credit Note
• Supporting in payment follow up
• Supporting in customer complaint
• Supporting in auditing (external & internal)
• Support Marketing Executive when needed
• Undertake assignment, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Ensure all info on Proforma Invoice/Sales Order Confirmation are correct and agreed by both parties.
• Ensure shipment arranged as per customer agreed, and ensure full container load
• Ensure all shipping/forwarding charges are compared
• Fulfill customer requests and inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
