Job Summary
Lead and support a team by managing daily workflows, training staff, facilitating communication between employees and supervisors, handling administrative tasks, and resolving conflicts to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Monitor daily team workflow to ensure timely task completion and project progress
Assign tasks to team members based on skills and workload to optimize productivity
Track project milestones and report progress to senior supervisors for informed decision-making
Onboard new hires by coordinating orientation and training sessions to accelerate integration
Provide on-the-job guidance to staff to enhance performance and skill development
Facilitate clear communication between frontline employees and senior supervisors to align goals
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to support administrative and operational needs
Assist with scheduling and inventory management to ensure resource availability
Resolve staff conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment
Address customer or guest complaints effectively to uphold service quality and satisfaction
