Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient manpower allocation, accurate inventory management, and safe handling of goods.

Location: PTP

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse staff.
• Manage receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure goods are stored safely and properly according to warehouse requirements.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
• Prepare routine forms, checklists, and warehouse records.
• Support and assist warehouse staff during busy periods when necessary.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, train, and schedule warehouse employees.
• Able to handle stock discrepancies, damaged goods, delays, and operational issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
