Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service

Lead, train and motivate service staff

Manage staff scheduling, attendance and daily work assignments

Ensure good customer service and handle customer feedback professionally

Monitor food quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards

Check inventory and coordinate with kitchen/service teams

Assist with ordering and stock management

Ensure company SOPs and food safety requirements are followed

Handle opening and closing duties when required

Support the Manager in achieving sales and operational targets

Requirements

Minimum

2–3 years of F&B experience

, preferably with supervisory experience

Good communication and customer service skills

Able to lead and manage a team

Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure

Comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays

Singaporeans, PRs and eligible foreign candidates are welcome to apply

Working Hours

Full-time shift work

6 days per week

Rest day according to roster

Weekend and public holiday work may be required
