Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on
HR Specialist & Admin
to manage full-spectrum HR operations, office administration, and day-to-day office management. This role will be the key local contact point for employees and administrative matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, contract renewal, transfer, and offboarding.
Handle payroll preparation, attendance, leave, benefits, employee records, and HR documentation.
Support recruitment, interview coordination, offer preparation, and new hire onboarding.
Ensure HR practices comply with local employment laws and statutory requirements.
Support work pass, visa, government submissions, and related HR administration where applicable.
Handle employee enquiries and support basic employee relations matters.
Manage daily office administration, including office supplies, vendors, facilities, courier, invoices, and expenses.
Coordinate office maintenance, equipment, access cards, company assets, and office-related contracts.
Support business travel, meetings, employee activities, and company events.
Provide general administrative support to local and regional management.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of HR and administration experience, preferably with full-spectrum HR exposure.
Good knowledge of local employment practices and HR operations.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS or payroll system experience is an advantage.
Experience in a multinational or fast-growing company is preferred.
