Mr. Absorber is expanding nationwide, and we are seeking an experienced, execution-focused, results-driven Project Manager to lead key projects and strategic initiatives as we scale to 150 outlets nationwide.

This role is responsible for leading projects from planning to completion, strengthening project execution, improving processes, standardising workflows, managing resources and ensuring successful implementation across departments. The Project Manager will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

This position plays a key role in supporting Mr. Absorber’s nationwide expansion by ensuring projects are well planned, effectively executed, and scalable to support the company’s future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and key deliverables.
• Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, performance and overall delivery.
• Identify risks, resolve issues and take corrective action when required.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed objectives.
• Prepare project updates, reports and performance dashboards for management.
• Improve project processes, workflows and execution efficiency.
• Establish standardised processes to support consistent and scalable project delivery.
• Ensure effective communication, accountability and coordination across all project stakeholders.

Track project progress, key milestones, budgets and deliverables through effective reporting and performance monitoring.

Develop practical and standardised processes that support the company’s nationwide expansion.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with management and different departments to ensure alignment, accountability and timely execution

Identify potential risks, address issues proactively, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience in managing projects from planning through to execution.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines independently.
• Results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
