岗位职责
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Construction Supervisor
to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the worksite.
Monitor workers to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
Ensure construction works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules & Coordinate with suppliers, and workers.
Allocate daily work tasks and monitor work progress.
Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with required standards.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve them.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress, materials, and site activities.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
Conduct toolbox meetings and communicate safety requirements to workers.
Report accidents, unsafe conditions, delays, and other site issues to management.
Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
Ensure the worksite is kept clean, organized, and safe.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant construction/site supervision experience.
Experience in managing construction workers .
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
Good knowledge of construction site safety and work procedures.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and supervise a team effectively.
Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Relevant construction or technical qualifications will be an advantage.
Singapore construction experience will be an advantage.
Working Conditions
Work Location: Singapore
Working Hours: As per project/site requirements

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications
