Job Summary

RDIVC seeks an experienced Creative Director to lead the company’s creative vision and oversee high-quality campaigns across digital, social, advertising, web, video, and other marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand identity and business alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of RDIVC’s overall creative direction and visual identity to strengthen brand presence

Develop innovative creative concepts and key visuals that align with major campaign objectives

Oversee the production and quality control of creative materials across digital, social media, advertising, web, CRM, video, and offline channels

Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards

Lead, mentor, and provide strategic direction to designers and creative team members to enhance team performance

Review creative briefs and deliver clear, actionable feedback to guide project execution

Manage multiple creative projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling creative campaigns

Monitor and integrate current design, advertising, digital, and creative trends to maintain innovation and relevance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience with motion graphics, video production, 3D design, AI creative tools, or managing multi-market campaigns

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Required competencies and certifications

7+ years of experience in creative, design, branding, advertising, or related roles

Proven leadership experience managing creative or design teams

Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, digital, and advertising work

Advanced skills in conceptual thinking, art direction, and visual storytelling

Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, branding, photography, and digital design

Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
