Admin Job Description

• Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
• Handle documents, filing, and data entry
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports
• Arrange appointments and schedules
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and team members
• Maintain proper records and ensure documents are organized
• Assist with other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good communication skills
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience is an advantage, but training can be provided

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
