Job Summary
Set performance goals and deadlines aligned with company vision
Organize workflows, monitor productivity, resolve employee issues, maintain records, communicate between management and staff, train staff, and enforce policies.
Responsibilities
Set clear performance goals and deadlines aligned with the company’s plans and vision, and communicate them effectively to staffs
Organize workflow to ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance
Receive employee complaints and resolve problems to maintain a positive work environment
Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records for effective workforce management
Facilitate communication by passing information between upper management and employees
Hire and train new employees to build a competent workforce
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies and procedures, and undertake disciplinary actions when necessary
