We are inviting candidates for the position of:
Account Executive
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Account Executive to support our team in managing client accounts, brand partnerships, events, activations, campaigns, and experiential marketing projects.
This role offers hands-on exposure to the advertising and events industry, with opportunities to work across client servicing, business development, project coordination, and event execution. You will work closely with the Events, Creative, Account Management, and Production teams to deliver engaging and effective brand experiences for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct brand outreach through emails and cold calls to introduce the company, services, and relevant event or marketing opportunities.
- Support introductory calls and initial discussions with prospective brands to understand their interests, needs, and potential areas for collaboration.
- Support the team in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, schedules, and day-to-day client requirements.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, venues, and other external partners under the guidance of the team.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, activations, launches, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
- Support event set-up, rehearsals, registration, guest management, and on-site operations.
- Assist with post-event reporting, photography/video coordination, feedback collection, and project wrap-up.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking, organising, receiving, issuing, and monitoring event materials, equipment, and promotional items to ensure availability and proper accountability.
Requirements:
- Graduated in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline.
- Internship or 1–2 years of relevant experience in events, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interest in events, advertising, brand activations, and experiential marketing.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and work cooperatively within a team environment.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
