岗位职责

Monitor assigned network alarms, systems and services on a 24/7 shift basis.
Detect, validate, correlate and prioritise alarms and service-impacting events.
Create and update incident tickets with accurate impact, time, action, ownership and status information.
Perform approved first-line troubleshooting within authorised access and competency.
Execute approved backup, restoration or recovery actions only where covered by an authorised NOC runbook.
Escalate incidents to the Shift Lead, Central Operations, Field Operations, vendors or service providers according to approved procedures.
Follow up restoration progress and record technical, field and service-provider updates.
Monitor approved maintenance, change, deployment and restoration activities and report abnormal service impact.
Support post-activity monitoring and coordinate service validation with the relevant technical owner.
Log operational information and actions relating to MNO, MCMC and YB complaints.
Communicate incident status through approved internal and external communication channels.
Maintain accurate incident chronology, operational evidence and communication records.
Participate in complete shift handover covering active incidents, risks and outstanding actions.
Participate in drills, audits, training and assigned corrective actions.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and operational-process improvement.
