Design Quality Engineer

Role Overview

We're hiring a Design Quality Engineer to drive the development and qualification of semiconductor equipment, focused on test planning, reliability validation, and data analysis to keep product performance and quality on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run qualification test plans that validate new product designs against real customer use cases
• Design and carry out Accelerated Life Testing (ALT) and stress tests on high-value components
• Analyze test and reliability data using statistical methods (DOE, Cpk, regression) and produce technical reports
• Assess quality at the component and system level, partnering with suppliers to drive improvements
• Investigate root causes and troubleshoot issues together with engineering teams
• Track and resolve testing defects through corrective actions
• Uphold 5S practices, lab safety standards, and equipment calibration

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
• Solid grounding in qualification test planning, test instrumentation, and structured problem-solving
• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis (DOE, Cpk, t-test, regression, reliability analysis)
