Requirements

• Prior F&B or kitchen experience preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends & Public Holidays (where applicable)
• ***Have a valid Typhoid Injection & Food Handling Certification

If you do not have a valid Typhoid Injection & Food Handling Certification, you are still welcome to apply. You will be required to take it before you start your first shift.

F&B Kitchen Crew (1-Month Contract)

We are looking for energetic and motivated Kitchen Crew (Middle of House / Back Of House) to support daily kitchen operations across our outlets. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced F&B environment and want flexible shifts with weekly payouts, we’d love to have you on the team!

Working Arrangement

• Contract duration: Minimum 1-month commitment
• Must be available 5 to 6 days per week, including weekends & Public Holidays (where required)
• Shift hours: 8-hour shifts (inclusive of 1-hour break) 
• Morning: 8AM – 4PM
• Mid-Day: 12PM – 8PM
• Night: 4PM – 12AM

Job Scope

• Food prep & cooking – Prepare food according to stricti timing, hygience & quality standards 
• Kitchen Support – Restock ingredients, organize workstations and support the kitchen team.
• Cleanliness – Keep the kitchen, equipment and utensils clean and sanitized.
