SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE WANTED

Location:
Kaki Bukit, Singapore

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Working Days:
5-day work week

We are looking for a

Sales Support Executive

to join our small and friendly team.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team

Follow up on customer enquiries and sales documentation

Prepare simple quotations, forms and paperwork

Assist with email correspondence and data entry

Coordinate with sales team on customer orders and appointments

Keep sales records and documents organised

Handle simple day-to-day sales support tasks

Other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:
Good communication and organisational skills

Comfortable using email and basic computer applications

Responsible and able to follow up on tasks
