Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all gold items (e.g., jewelry, bullion, raw gold).
- Conduct daily stock checks and ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and procurement teams on inventory movement.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of gold products according to company policies.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management on low stock or overstock issues.
- Assist in internal and external audits of inventory.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Implement and uphold inventory control procedures to minimize risk and loss.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, logistic or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in gold, jewelry, or luxury goods industry.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
- Familiar with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Able to work in a high-security, high-value environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
