Technical Lead (Microsoft 365)

Location: Ang Mo Kio (NCS Hub)
Salary: Up to $10,000/month

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Microsoft 365) to provide end-to-end technical leadership across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

You will be responsible for Microsoft 365 operations, solution architecture, security and governance, automation, migrations and digital workplace transformation. The role will also drive the evaluation and implementation of new Microsoft 365 capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and operations of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva, Purview, Defender, Entra ID and Power Platform.
• Ensure platform availability, performance and reliability while overseeing incident and problem management.
• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Evaluate Microsoft 365 roadmap capabilities and recommend new services and improvements.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), pilots and innovation initiatives, including Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions.
• Define and implement appropriate security, compliance and governance controls.
• Drive automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and related technologies.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews and mentor technical team members.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders as a trusted advisor for digital workplace transformation.
• Lead Microsoft 365 migration, modernisation and transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce technical debt and enhance user experience.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Purview, security and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and automation.
• Strong solution architecture, integration and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience supporting and deploying Microsoft 365 within enterprise-scale environments.
• Experience leading Microsoft 365 migration, modernisation or transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and technical leadership skills.
