1. Process RFQs : Answer Client Queries, Prepare Accurate Quotations for Clients within Limited Times.

2. Coordinate with Suppliers : Gather vendor and supplier price lists, availability, and technical data.

3. Follow Up : Follow Up to closing deals and alignment of company goals.

4. Update Pricing Databases, Products Sourcing, and track with recent Quote Histories.

5. Assist to Prepare Orders when need.

6. Documentations, Others Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIRE SKILLS & KNOWLEDGES :

1. Diploma or Bachelor in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Business Marketing, Food Process, Hotel Management, Engineering Management, Heavy Machinery, related field of study.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Strong Math & Analytical Skills, Good in English & Communication Skills, Fast & Efficient Learning, Fast Work Performance.

3. Sharp Attention to Detail Ability, Time Control Management, Good Discipline & Attendance.

4. With Either One (A) or (B) Products Knowledges & experience :

(A). Food Products, Kitchenware & Bedroom Products Knowledges/Experience.

(B). Hardware & Tools, Engines, Machinery, Electrical System,Hydraulics & Pneumatics Products Knowledge/Experience.

Working Time : Mon ~ Fri 8:00am ~ 5:00pm, Sat : 8:00am ~ 1:00pm. Require to work Overtime to Complete Quotes within Times. (With OT Pay)

Location : Ecohub, Taman Ekoperniagaan Johor Bahru ( 81100 ).

Basic + OT : RM2300 ~2500

Additional Benefits : Incentives Allowance after Confirmation

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
