Job Purpose
The Service Manager is responsible for the overall management and growth of the company's ACMV service and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the ACMV Service Department
• Lead and supervise service supervisors, coordinators and technicians
• Ensure service works comply with safety, quality and company requirements
• Manage customer relationships and attend to escalated service matters
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex ACMV issues
• Monitor service contracts, manpower utilization, costs and department performance
• Work with Management to develop and grow the Service Department

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering or related discipline or Min. 10 years' experience in ACMV industry
• Experience supervising technicians and managing service operations
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle customers, service contracts and technical issues independently
