Duties:

• Identify and engage potential customers through various outbound channels, including calls, emails, messaging platforms, and social media.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by prospecting new business opportunities across different industries.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Qualify leads and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective customers to build relationships and drive business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing role.
• Prior experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or cold calling will be an advantage.
