Job Description

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food is served promptly with consistent taste and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
• Prepare ingredients and perform daily food preparation.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and stock levels.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety regulations.
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks, and minimizing food wastage.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Crew is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts if required.
