At Moxy, we're not your typical hotel, and we're not looking for a typical leader. We're searching for a dynamic, guest-focused, and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office Crew and create unforgettable guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

As the Front Office Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all front office operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving team performance, and creating a vibrant atmosphere that reflects the unique Moxy spirit. You'll work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations while maximizing guest satisfaction and departmental results.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee all Front Office operations, including Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell Services, At Your Service, and Recreational Teams (where applicable).
• Ensure smooth guest arrival, departure, and overall stay experiences.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers memorable guest service.
• Drive guest satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and turning challenges into great experiences.
• Monitor daily operations, service standards, and department performance to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, performance reviews, and talent development.
• Analyze operational and financial performance, control costs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Champion Marriott and Moxy brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
