Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented ITOT Executive to support daily IT administration, procurement and Level 1 technical support activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal users, vendors and China-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for office and production IT requests and issues.
• Process IT purchases and raise Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts in SAP.
• Follow up on invoices, deliveries and payment-related matters.
• Manage the lifecycle of laptops, mobile phones, telecommunications devices and other IT equipment.
• Support IT equipment refresh, replacement, maintenance and allocation.
• Maintain IT-related accounting records and assist with budget and expenditure tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, obtain quotations, support negotiations and follow up on delivery status.
• Support IT requirements for internal and external VIP users.
• Prepare and update SOPs for mobile and telecommunications administration.
• Coordinate IT orientation and equipment preparation for new employees.
• Support IT team-building activities, off-site meetings and departmental events.
• Manage IT stationery procurement and allocation.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• O-Level, SPM, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT administration, IT support, helpdesk or a related position.
• Practical experience raising PRs and POs using SAP is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of desktop, laptop, mobile device and Microsoft Office support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to support regular coordination with China-based users and stakeholders.
• Good communication, organisation and vendor-coordination skills.
• Proactive learner with a strong user-service mindset.
• Able to manage priorities and support IT activities and events.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
