About The Job

• Actively hunt and drive sales growth across targeted market segments to expand business penetration.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for air and sea services to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients while coordinating across internal teams.
• Conduct market research, analyze sales performance data, and adjust marketing strategies to align with market conditions.
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding logistics sales.
• Demonstrate fluency in oral and written English, with conversational Mandarin considered an added advantage.
• Show strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, strong proactive sales skills, and the ability to identify potential market segments.
