Job Description

Position Title: Accounts & Admin Executive
Working Location: Tuas (Company transportation provided)
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Meal Allowance + AWS
Duration: Permanent Role



Key Responsibilities

Manage bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, AP, and AR.
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
Support financial closings, GST submissions, and tax filings.
Prepare financial reports and assist with audits.
Provide office support (filing, scheduling, correspondence).
Manage office supplies and vendor liaison.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask.
Able to work independently and handle confidential information with care.
Responsible, able to meet deadlines, and able to comply with data privacy requirements.
