• Handle daily accounting and finance transactions accurately.
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure accounting records are properly maintained.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and other financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable and other accounting-related transactions.
• Assist in monthly closing and ensure accounts are updated on a timely basis.
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation and filing for accounting records.
• Assist with audit, tax, statutory and other finance-related matters.
• Use SQL Accounting Software for daily accounting operations and reporting.
• Check and verify financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform any other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting Software is a must.
• Able to prepare and understand P&L reports.
• Good knowledge and experience in bank reconciliation.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and double-entry accounting.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fast learner and willing to learn new systems, processes and tasks.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
