Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, professional and highly organised
Personal Assistant to the Director
to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director’s daily schedule, appointments and meetings
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls and follow-ups
Arrange meetings, appointments and business-related activities
Prepare documents, reports, presentations and other administrative materials
Coordinate with clients, business partners and internal staff on behalf of the Director
Assist with travel arrangements and other business-related matters
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information
Handle ad-hoc tasks and personal secretarial duties assigned by the Director
Proactively follow up on matters and ensure tasks are completed on time
Requirements
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary or similar role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Mature, responsible, discreet and trustworthy
Good command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative work
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
What We Offer
Salary: S$8,000 per month
