職位描述
此職務匯報給客戶端主管,負責執行廠務設備運轉維護管理工作,強調團隊合作。
職務說明
1. 廠務系統例行性保養及維修
2. 廠務系統改善及異常排除
3. 辦公室裝修及管理支援
4. 廠商管理
5. 總務管理
6. 租約管理: 定期發票請款、簽約與續約 (中文合約與跑流程為主)
7. 辦公室工程專案參與
8. 費用管理
9. 整理SOP文件
10. 找出現場問題,改善排除,並提出預防對策之能力
上班地點
新竹市、台中市、台南市、高雄市 (各一)
上班時段
日班、8:30 - 17:30
休假制度
週休二日

- 有一年以上總務、廠務運轉及機電或空調工程經驗
- 有責任心、工作及服務熱誠、邏輯能力強、溝通能力佳、能與團隊共同合作、抗壓性強
- 能經常性出差至外縣市者 (當天來回距離)
- 基本電腦操作能力 Windows / Office
- 具備英文讀寫能力者有加分,但須具備基本英文能力
- 具備電氣相關證照加分
- 具備Auto Cad能力者有加分
