Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Employment type: Full time

Location: Changi, East Region

Our client is a leading employer seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and contract administration.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies and establish client project requirements.
• Prepare and analyze project costings, tenders, and contract documents.
• Negotiate contracts, work schedules, and sub-contractor agreements.
• Manage project progress claims, cost control, and value management.
• Provide advice on contractual disputes and commercial risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, and various stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor work and certify payments for completed tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in construction estimating and project finance.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to travel between office and various project sites.
