Job Description: -

Timely data entry to the accounting system and preparation of reports

Reconcile accounting records and bank records

Check and follow up with payment matters

A/R, A/P transactions

Maintain proper filing and documents of accounting records

Support monthly payroll processing

Able to work independently and willing to work overtime during peak periods

Any other ad-hoc work instructed by superior for account related matters

Requirements: -

Accounting knowledge is necessary

Min 2 years local experience in Construction background preferred

Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
