Our client is a well known high-end Chocolate establishment based in Changi Airport.

Working Hours: Able to Commit minimum 2 weekday and 1 weekend

Shift 1: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product enquiries.

Recommend and promote premium chocolate products to customers.

Handle cashiering and sales transactions accurately.

Pack and prepare chocolate products for customers.

Maintain attractive and well-organised product displays.

Replenish stocks and monitor product availability.

Ensure the retail area is clean, neat and presentable.

Assist with daily store operations and inventory activities.

Follow company procedures for product handling and store operations.

Work closely with team members to achieve sales and service standards.

Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns when required.

Job Requirements:
Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Retail, F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.

Able to work rotating shifts, including early morning and late-night shifts.
