We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Master Dental Technician to join our growing dental technical team.
This is a senior technical leadership position for an experienced dental technician with strong expertise in complex dental cases, advanced dental technology and technical team development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide expert technical leadership in advanced dental laboratory work.
- Manage and oversee complex prosthetic, restorative, implant-related and aesthetic dental cases.
- Review complex cases and determine appropriate technical approaches and solutions.
- Perform and oversee advanced fabrication, modification, repair and finishing of dental prostheses, restorations and appliances.
- Conduct technical review and quality control of complex cases.
- Establish and maintain technical and quality standards for dental laboratory work.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to Master Dental Technicians and Dental Technicians.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with clinical teams on complex technical requirements.
- Coach the implementation and improvement of dental laboratory workflows and SOPs.
- Support the use and development of CAD/CAM, digital scanning, 3D printing and other digital dentistry technologies, where applicable.
- Train, coach and mentor dental technicians and develop their technical competencies.
- Conduct case reviews, technical demonstrations and on-the-job training.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and turnaround time.
- Assist Management in technical projects, laboratory development and continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min a Diploma in relevant qualification and field.
- Minimum 20 years of solid relevant dental technology/laboratory experience preferably with substantial experience in advanced and complex cases.
- Strong experience in prosthetic, restorative, implant-related and/or aesthetic dental work.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex case management and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of dental materials, techniques and laboratory procedures.
- Experience in CAD/CAM, digital dentistry, digital scanning and/or 3D printing will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in supervising, training or mentoring dental technicians.
- Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex cases.
- Candidates with international dental laboratory experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
