Location: Central Singapore
Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Responsibilities


Drive sales at the designated ID counter at assigned retail outlets.
Conduct daily stock counts and record total daily sales accurately.
Ensure all sales transactions are properly processed by verifying sales with customers and cashiers.
Monitor stock levels and ensure the quantity of stock sold matches inventory records.
Investigate and report any stock or sales discrepancies.
Follow all store policies, procedures, and the Sales Representative Code of Conduct.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with store managers, cashiers, and other vendor sales representatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of existing and newly launched products.
Provide customers with accurate product information and suitable recommendations.
Deliver friendly and professional customer service to members of the public.


Requirements


Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
Comfortable communicating and interacting with members of the public.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales or retail experience is an advantage.
Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
