Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and staff supervision. The Warehouse Manager will ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, workplace safety, and timely distribution of goods.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with experience managing warehouse teams and inventory systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all warehouse operations and activities
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products
• Maintain warehouse organization and optimize storage space utilization
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and security procedures
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
• Train employees on warehouse procedures and equipment handling
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments
• Track warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports
• Reduce operational costs and improve productivity
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities
• Handle customer or supplier issues related to warehouse operations
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
